🌟 Le Cercle Guiraud wins its first star!
Opened in 2023 in Sauternes, the gastronomic restaurant of Château Guiraud, Le Cercle Guiraud, has been awarded a star in the MICHELIN Guide. Chef Yoann Amado creates seasonal cuisine there, closely linked to the terroir and the estate’s wines.
This distinction completes a remarkable year for the property, which was also honoured with a Bib Gourmand for La Chapelle de Guiraud.
🌿 Château Haut-Bailly launches its season of experiences at the estate
Located 20 minutes from Bordeaux, Château Haut-Bailly, 2026 winner of the Best of Wine Tourism in the Architecture and Landscapes category, is offering from April a calendar of brand-new experiences in the heart of the estate.
Caviar & Grand Cru Dinner, En Primeur Banquet, summer barbecue in the château gardens, a four-hands gastronomic dinner with the Michelin-starred chef Vivien Durand… each month, the format of these gatherings changes in order to vary the pleasures around tasting the Château’s wines. A treat for the taste buds!
🎶 The Talich Quartet in concert at Château de Malle
Château de Malle welcomes the celebrated Talich Quartet for an exceptional musical evening around their album Gypsy Melodies. A fine opportunity to (re)discover this legendary ensemble, acclaimed on the world’s greatest stages, in the unique setting of the estate’s gardens.
The evening will continue over a cocktail, between music and the art of living.
