Pop-up Dinners at Château Haut-Bailly
After the success of the first edition, the Pop-up Dinners return to Haut-Bailly this autumn. From 29 October to 17 December, the estate hosts pop-up dinners every Thursday in the Cellarium. In a friendly spirit, visitors will be able to enjoy the local cuisine of chef Maxime Pommier in an exceptional setting. The single starter-main-cheese-dessert menu is offered at €49. The wine list brings together some thirty references from the estate, with by-the-glass service of several vintages and a tasting set dedicated to the wines of Haut-Bailly.

Vignobles en Scène: experiencing the Bordeaux vineyard differently
From 16 to 18 October, Vignobles en Scène invites the public to discover vineyards differently, on the occasion of the major national wine tourism event. On the programme: tastings, walks in the vines, gastronomic experiences and cultural activities, notably Banquets Insolites (unusual banquets) held in emblematic places of wine heritage.
Several Bordeaux properties are taking part in this edition. In the Libournais, Château Haut-Chaigneau offers an evening with a visit, tasting and candlelit dinner. At Domaines des Moncets, a guinguette with food truck and music on Friday, a gourmet dinner devised with the chef Vivien Durand, Michelin-starred, on Saturday, then a big family picnic on Sunday. In the Sauternes area, Château d’Arche invites visitors to an immersive day around the harvest and biodiversity. In Graves, Château Malartic-Lagravière organises a workshop around the three flavours. In the Médoc, Château Tour Castillon offers a winegrower’s walk followed by a hearty snack and a tasting.
An opportunity to push open the doors of the properties and discover Bordeaux wines, terroirs and know-how from another angle.
