For its 25th edition, Vinitech-Sifel is launching three new events: Vinitech Games, the Agroecology Summit and the diversification morning.
The Vinitech Games
Four competitions devised to highlight the know-how that makes the wine industry rich. Co-built with industry players, training establishments and benchmark partners in the sector, this novelty will showcase the passing on of trades,
technical excellence and the industry’s commitment. The aim is to showcase technical skills while fostering exchanges between generations.
Beyond the challenge, these competitions are meant to illustrate the ability of an entire profession to pass on its expertise, promote the excellence of its trades and inspire new vocations.
Four competitions will therefore punctuate the fair:
Mixology competition, a challenge of creativity and technique around Bordeaux wines.
Virtual vine-pruning competition: an immersive virtual-reality competition combining technological innovation and excellence of gesture.
Tractor-driver competition: a technical course honouring mastery of equipment, precision and safety.
Barrel-rolling competition: a spectacular event in which speed, precision and endurance will make the difference.
