The culinary workshop offers you the opportunity to perfect your knowledge of gastronomy by reproducing traditional French recipes. The workshop begins with the cooking lesson (1 h 30), followed by a visit to the property (45 min) and ends with a tasting of your preparations accompanied by a glass of wine from Château Haut-Bailly (15 min)

Between tasting and haute gastronomy, you are invited to share the secrets of a Grand Cru and the sweetness of a fine table. In the château’s dining room, enjoy a menu designed by the chef using seasonal products, revealed at the table. This experience includes a tour of the property, a champagne cocktail, a four-course menu and the service of three wines.
