The estate, which was once owned by the Tronquoy de Lalande family, now belongs to Martin and Olivier Bouygues. Its total surface area of 30 hectares of vines and 1 hectare of garenne is admirably situated on gravelly hilltops facing the Gironde estuary. Its traditional grape varieties of Merlot, Cabernet and Petit Verdot and its high percentage of old vines ensure that its wines are full-bodied, delicate and age well. Its average production is 155 barrels. The estate has been producing a white wine since the 2011 vintage.
