Château Saint Christoly has existed since the end of the 19th century (around 1870). The passion of seven generations of winegrowers and ancestral know-how make this Cru Bourgeois a Médoc of recognised quality, for several reasons. First of all, its vineyard is located for the most part on the hillsides bordering the river, thus enjoying a very good exposure. Added to this is a judicious balance of grape varieties to bring suppleness and tannic structure to the wine. Finally, there is the constant care lavished by the owners, who conscientiously watch over the development of their harvest and know how to make the most of the assets provided by nature.
For all these reasons, the wine of Château Saint Christoly offers a rich and complex tannic and aromatic evolution and is renowned for its consistent finesse, suppleness and body. A quality regularly rewarded in various competitions!
