The estate

In brief

Château Liversan, already regarded in 1858 in A. d’Armailhacq’s work La Vigne et le Vin and in 1868 in Cocks and Féret as a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur, is a fine property on the edge of Pauillac.
The estate brings together châteaux Liversan and Fonpiqueyre, since the 18th century, classified as Cru Bourgeois in 1932. This estate was owned by the Marquis de Latresne in the 18th century, by Prince Guy de Polignac from 1984, before being run by the Lapalu family since 1995.
