Château Lafleur-Gazin is a beautiful estate located on the northern edge of the Pomerol plateau, between Château La Fleur-Pétrus and Château Gazin. Managed by Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix since 1976, the estate was acquired by the family in 2021.
The Merlot vines, which are on average 30 years old, are planted on gravel and clay soils, which favour a subtle and full expression of the grape variety’s character.
The vineyard and vinification are carried out using traditional methods, with constant care, to produce a full-bodied, supple, fleshy wine with ripe fruit and silky tannins.
Easy to drink from its youth, Lafleur-Gazin offers a charming and delicate interpretation of the finest style of Pomerol wines.
