Château la Conseillante

The name La Conseillante first appeared 300 years ago, when Catherine Conseillan acquired the property and bequeathed a feminine version of her surname to the estate. Located in the heart of Pomerol, Château La Conseillante has been owned by the Nicolas family since 1871, and since 2003 Bertrand and Jean-Valmy Nicolas, representing the fifth generation, have continued the story. Faithful to the identity and philosophy of La Conseillante, they continue to pursue the policy of excellence initiated by their ancestors. Today, they pay close attention to the world around them and are guiding the estate towards increasingly responsible, reasoned viticulture.
