Château Grand Faurie la Rose, an illustrious Grand Cru of Saint-Émilion, was part in the 18th century of an important vineyard belonging to Jean Combret, jurat of Saint-Émilion in 1779.
The 6.5-hectare château became the property of AG2R La Mondiale in April 2005. In 2012, 2 hectares belonging to Larmande were incorporated into Grand Faurie la Rose, bringing the vineyard to 9 hectares.
Since 2010, the house has been an integral part of the wine tourism offering of château Soutard, providing 2 guest rooms and a studio.
