Château Gaby, located in the heart of the Canon-Fronsac appellation, offers a breathtaking view over the curves of the Dordogne. The vineyard, planted on clay-limestone soils at the top of the slopes, benefits from an ideal exposure that favours optimal ripening of the grapes. The estate produces well-balanced wines, combining power, minerality and roundness, thanks to tannins that soften with age.
Since 2016, the château has been owned by Tom Sullivan, an American entrepreneur with a passion for wine, who has invested in several Bordeaux estates under the Sullivan Vineyards name. The 16-hectare estate began its conversion to biodynamic viticulture in 2023. The team, led by Damien Landouar, makes a point of combining traditional viticulture with sustainable practices, using environmentally-friendly methods to preserve the exceptional quality of the Fronsac terroir.
