Château Franc-Le-Maine

Château Franc Le Maine is a property in a single block, located south of Saint-Émilion, nicknamed “la Belle Endormie” (Sleeping Beauty) by Philippe Bardet. Significant drainage work and stimulation of the ecosystem have been carried out since its acquisition in 2008. The experience of its owner (see château Val d’Or in Vignonet) reveals this growth in a new light.
S.C.E.A. des Vignobles Bardet, run by Philippe Bardet, manages all the châteaux belonging to his family:
– in Saint-Émilion Grand Cru; at Saint-Laurent-des-Combes, Château Franc-Le-Maine and in the commune of Vignonet, Château du Val d’Or, Château Pontet Fumet and Château du Paradis,
– in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux; at Gardegan-et-Tourtirac, Château Lideyre and Château Rocher Lideyre and finally Château Picoron at Sainte-Colombe.
