The vines of Châteaux d’Aurilhac and La Fagotte are planted in a single block with a view over the Gironde.
The entire harvest is strictly sorted by hand before going into vat. After a traditional Médoc blend, ageing takes place in oak barrels from the Allier and the Vosges. Bottling is carried out carefully by the owners.
The wines from this estate are the subject of glowing comments from professionals and the specialist press. In addition, they have won flattering medals (gold, silver) at various agricultural competitions, culminating in the title of Magnum d’or in 2006 (the most awarded Haut-Médoc wine between 2001 and 2005).
