Fédération des vignerons indépendants de Gironde

The National Confederation of Independent Winegrowers, created in 1976, is an association of winegrowers who vinify, age, bottle their wine at the château and market their production themselves. It gathers federations which exist at the departmental and regional level. This structure allows to better defend the interest of the winegrowers at the various levels of political and economic decisions.

The Federation of the independent winegrowers of Gironde has vocation of service to the winegrowers, as well on the plan of the training, the help in the assembly of files of investments, advice (legal, fiscal, social right), of groupings of purchases, as in the tools of help to the marketing such as the shows or professional meetings, in the promotion of the wine tourism.

The objective of the federation is to perpetuate the family structure of the vineyards.
