L’empreinte

The character of a Grand Cru Classé is built up during its ageing at the heart of the château. Using a combination of different toast methods, our cellar masters match and blend the wines and the different types of wood. Learn about the importance of ageing and its impact on the identity of our wines with an exceptional tasting of two batches in the process of being made, taken directly from the barrel. This is an opportunity to better understand the importance of ageing on our exceptional wines. This workshop will conclude in the tasting room, where your guide will let you taste 2 vintages of Château Soutard.

De la vigne à la bouteille

If you’re a lover of nature and history, discover the know-how that goes into making our wines, from the vine to the bottle. Enter the heart of our technical facilities and enjoy a tasting of 3 wines produced by Château Soutard at the end of the tour.
