The herbs, flowers and most of the crunchy vegetables that adorn the plates come from the vegetable garden and are picked each morning; the products that make up the menu are carefully selected.

La Parenthèse enchantée

During this tailor-made private tour, your senses will marvel and be intoxicated by many surprises. After a walk between nature and culture, through the gardens, the vineyards, the vat room, the cellars, not forgetting the unusual “Scented Tales” workshop, you will taste two vintages of Marquis d’Alesme, 3rd Grand Cru Classé, in the company of a specialist. The enchanted interlude will then continue in a garden room in the Cour des Simples, where you can continue the tasting in complete privacy.

Petit Marquis offers children (6-12 years old) a world that matches their imagination and wonder. A fantastic treasure hunt that immerses the little adventurers in the history of the castle, and leads them to the four corners of the property in search of magical objects. A real immersion in a world where everything is done to arouse their senses and curiosity.
