Let’s challenge the preconceived notion that only red wines go well with cheese… Then you’ll visit the 18th-century vat room and ageing cellars. Then you can let your imagination run wild and create some amazing pairings between two Château Olivier whites (2012 & 2017) and 4 PDO cheeses selected by ourselves from a local cheese shop.
