Atelier assemblage

After a tour of the estate, visitors can immerse themselves in the daily life of the winegrower with a fun workshop to create their own cuvée: each person can take a sample of wine from the barrel to prepare the blend using two of the estate’s grape varieties, Merlot and Cabernet franc, blend them and leave with the fruit of their labour.
