Created in 1869 by Edmond Addé, it was not until 1969 that the Château Preuillac vineyard underwent real growth, thanks to its former owner, Raymond Bouët. Sold in 1998 to Jean-François Mau and Cees Dirkzwager, Château Preuillac was reborn from its ashes under the management of his son, Jean-Christophe Mau.
In the purest respect for the grape, all operations, from vineyard to cellar, are organised to bring out all the aromas that the vine has been able to accumulate in each of its berries. The wines then age peacefully in cask before being bottled and stored in an underground cellar.
