Since 2010, I have completely restructured my estate, inherited from my grandfather, with one objective: to meet the quality requirements of consumers. My challenge and my philosophy: “The land is my work tool and I want it to last a long time. To do this, I try to produce quality wines that respect the environment and the plant”. The dominant grape varieties are Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Then comes Petit Verdot, which I particularly like because it produces wines of intense colour with a beautiful aromatic power; it is of great interest today because it is a late ripening variety. And finally, in 2019, I planted Syrah because I have always been a great fan of the wines of the South of France. These two grape varieties undoubtedly have a bright future in the Gironde region because of the trend towards global warming.
