De la vigne à la bouteille

The character of a Grand Cru Classé is built up during its ageing at the heart of the château. Using a combination of different toast methods, our cellar masters match and blend the wines and the different types of wood. Learn about the importance of ageing and its impact on the identity of our wines with an exceptional tasting of two batches in the process of being made, taken directly from the barrel. This is an opportunity to better understand the importance of ageing on our exceptional wines. This workshop will conclude in the tasting room, where your guide will let you taste 2 vintages of Château Soutard.

Accompanied by a private guide, understand the link between nature, know-how and precision work in our vineyards and cellars. Conclude this experience with a guided tasting of 3 Grands Crus Classés from our estates (Château Soutard, Château Larmande, Château Petit Faurie de Soutard, accompanied on request by mature cheeses).
