Visite & dégustation

The aim is to cover all aspects of working with vines and producing wine, with an emphasis on organic farming. This includes the cultivation of the vine, from the different stages of its vegetative cycle, from bud-break to maturity, through to the problems it can face. We’ll also look at vinification, including fermentation, barrel ageing and bottling. We’ll then take a closer look at tasting a vintage. The length of the visit and the commentary will be tailored to each visitor, depending on their interest and availability. We encourage a high level of interactivity throughout the visit.
