The Parc de Giscours is a magical place, bordered by an immense forest, which was created and laid out by the renowned landscape gardener Eugène Bühler, who is also credited with the creation of the famous Bordeaux park.
In addition to this rich flora, the park and forest of Giscours are also home to a wealth of wildlife that can be seen and observed on a walk: kingfishers, moorhens, little egrets, hoopoes, goshawks, green woodpeckers, great cormorants, grey herons, butterflies and honeybees. All free-ranging and not shy. An incredible ecosystem, populated by inhabitants who have made this magnificent place their home. At the end of your visit, you will be offered a glass of wine to enjoy under the chestnut trees in front of the old stables or in the park. As an option, you can book a gourmet board to accompany your tasting. This includes mature cheeses and charcuterie.
