Château Messile-Aubert enjoys a magnificent exposure on the southern flank of the Montagne-Saint-Georges hillsides, opposite the north slope of Saint-Émilion. It extends over 10 hectares planted with noble grape varieties carefully chosen for its clay-limestone and silica-clay soils.
Its rich terroir produces a supple, pleasantly fragrant wine that has all the generous qualities of a Montagne-Saint-Émilion. These wines are regularly awarded medals.
Château Messile-Aubert is one of the properties of S.C.E. des Vignobles Aubert, which also farms château Saint-Antoine and château Toudenac in the commune of Saint-Antoine-du-Queyret (Bordeaux Supérieur), château Labesse and château Lagrave Aubert in the commune of Saint-Magne-de-Castillon (Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux), château Jean de Gué in the commune of Lalande-de-Pomerol (Lalande-de-Pomerol), château Saint-Hubert in the commune of Saint-Pey-d’Armens (Saint-Émilion Grand Cru) and château la Couspaude, Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion, in the commune of Saint-Émilion.
Distribution of the harvests is handled directly by the producers.
