Château Mausse

Château Mausse, located on one of the highest points of the rich hillsides of Canon-Fronsac, in the commune of Saint-Michel-de-Fronsac, overlooks a fine 10-hectare vineyard of carefully selected grape varieties, which the present owner, M. Guy Janoueix, preserves and maintains through constant care. This vineyard produces on average 50 barrels of one of the finest wines of these renowned hillsides.
M. Guy Janoueix takes the most attentive care over cultivation and vinification, and neglects nothing to obtain the best result. He has moreover won many distinctions, including the silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, for the 1979, 1982, 1983, 1985, 1996 and 1998 vintages.
He also owns the Domaine de Margalès, located in the same commune.
Sales are made by direct sale to private customers, on site and by mail order.
