Château Croix des Rouzes

Château Croix des Rouzes comes from Château des Hautes Rouzes, a family property since 1865. Danielle Carles became its owner through an inheritance in 1994.
The château is located in the commune of Pomerol, largely on the Rouzes hillside. These 3 hectares are planted on different soils: sandy or clayey gravel, which gives a pleasant wine with a fruity bouquet and good ageing ability. The Carles family also owns Château Panet and Château Coudert in Saint-Christophe des Bardes.
