Château Andron Blanquet

Château Andron-Blanquet is one of the oldest crus of Saint-Estèphe. Since 1971, it has belonged to the Audoy family, who also run the nearby Château Cos-Labory.
The vineyard of 16 hectares, planted with the traditional grape varieties of the Médoc, lies on the Cos gravel rise. After vinification carried out with great care by M. Bernard Audoy, the wine is aged in oak casks for 12 to 15 months, fined with egg white and bottled at the château.
The quality of the terroir, the choice of grape varieties and the age of the vineyard produce a wine of fine colour, with a nose rich in flavours and, on the palate, the power of Saint-Estèphe while retaining finesse and elegance.
