Château Maurac

This estate brings together the vineyards of Château Le Trale, of Château Maurac (Cru Bourgeois in 1932, its classification was confirmed in 2003) and of small adjoining vineyards.
Its classic grape varieties and its marvellous terroir of coarse gravel, well exposed to the south, allow the production of a wine typical of its appellation, particularly suited to ageing.
Traditional vinification, with a long maceration and a spell in new oak barrels, adds to the natural qualities of this already much sought-after wine.
Château Le Trale in the Saint-Estèphe appellation is marketed by direct sale.
