EPLEFPA Bordeaux-Gironde in a few words...

The qualities and skills of men and women have become essential conditions for the success and sustainability of businesses and farms, particularly in viticulture and horticulture. The response to the new societal and environmental challenges will of course come from technical development and innovative practices in the sectors, but also from the quality of the training provided to our learners. It is in this perspective of support to these sectors that the Local Public Establishment of Agricultural Education and Professional Training of Bordeaux Gironde (EPLEFPA) was founded.

An establishment under the authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and supported by the Aquitaine Region, it brings together since 1 January 2010 the finest schools of agriculture and viticulture in the Gironde:

• the Bordeaux-Blanquefort agri-viticultural High School,
• the Camille Godard Blanquefort horticultural High School,
• the Libourne-Montagne agri-viticultural High School,
• the Viticulture and Oenology School of La Tour Blanche,
• the CDFA* and the CFFPA* of the Gironde.
