The Agence de l'Alimentation Nouvelle-Aquitaine (AANA) is an agency that acts for the quality and promotion of regional agricultural and agri-food products. It creates value for the producers and the sectors of the territories through several levels of strategic, economic and societal interventions.

The AANA, carries a regional strategy of quality and innovation, in relation to economic, environmental and societal issues. It supports the economic companies of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in their development. It also focuses on communication and promotion of Nouvelle-Aquitaine products, locally, nationally and internationally. 

Among the regional partners, the AANA occupies a unique federating position. Thanks to its different levels of intervention, it is able to accompany all professionals in their progress, and to draw attention to the richness of our gastronomic heritage to the general public.
