The estate

In brief

An exceptional location in the centre of the village of Lussac.

Built in 1876 for Gascon Montouroy, the architecture of Château de Lussac is easily identifiable. The central building is inspired by the classical buildings fashionable in France from the 19th century onwards.

Vineyards and terroir

Today, Château de Lussac produces some of the finest wines in the Saint-Émilionnais region, on clay and clay-loam soils.

Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are blended in typical Bordeaux style.
