The estate

In brief

The Chambert family were winegrowers established in the hamlet of Marbuzet around the middle of the 19th century. One hundred years later, Château Chambert-Marbuzet passed into the hands of the Naugé family, who enjoyed an excellent reputation as winegrowers. Château Chambert-Marbuzet is matured in oak barrels, a third of which are renewed every year, and is racked every three months. Its bouquet is delicate and distinguished; its supple, flavoursome flesh makes it a wine for pleasure that can be drunk in repeated, greedy sips. It does not impose itself with impressive power, but delights with its breed, finesse and elegance.
